As we scale our presence in the Brazilian market, we are seeking a proactive and business-savvy Junior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at CrediPay. The successful candidate will work closely with our product team to automate our WhatsApp flow, facilitating seamless client onboarding, providing proactive customer support, and optimizing collections processes. The role requires a strong understanding of WhatsApp APIs, proficiency in utilizing messaging automation tools, and the ability to integrate with CRM platforms if needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English & Portuguese, written and verbal.
Solid understanding of integrating with APIs, writing SQL queries, and scripting languages such as Python
Solid understanding of WhatsApp APIs and experience in working with messaging platforms.
Proficiency in messaging automation tools such as Zappier or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce and experience in integrating them with other systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to automate the WhatsApp flow for client onboarding, customer support, and collections processes.
Collaborate with the Growth team to identify hypotheses and develop rapid experimentation methods without full integration into the product.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Integrate WhatsApp APIs and other automation tooling APIs to enhance functionality and responsiveness.
Work closely with CRM platforms to automate processes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Actively participate in testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of automated solutions.
Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in automation to drive continuous improvement.
