As a Collection Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining strong relationships with Credix's SME clients. This role is crucial to supporting our mission to lead Brazil’s B2B credit network by effectively managing collections, minimizing delinquencies, and optimizing cash flow.
At least one year of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for payment tracking and data organization. Familiarity with Python for automation processes is a strong advantage.
Ability to handle negotiations with an empathetic and professional approach while solving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in tracking overdue accounts and customer communications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, credit, and product, to optimize collection strategies and support system improvements.
Use WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to recover overdue payments while ensuring timely follow-ups based on the delinquency cycle (e.g., DPD+3, DPD+7).
Track and control overdue payments using platforms like SQL or other internal tools, ensuring all payment information is up-to-date and accessible.
Develop and utilize communication scripts to negotiate payments professionally and empathetically, providing repayment options to improve the borrower experience.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on recovery rates, DPD trends, and case resolutions, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve workflow efficiency using tools like Python and SQL for process improvement.
Identify inefficiencies and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
Conduct quality audits of external collection agencies and provide feedback to improve recovery rates.
