Why choose Credix?
Credix is seeking a Collections Intelligence Analyst to join our Risk team. You will be at the forefront of understanding and shaping repayment behaviors in Brazil’s B2B Buy Now Pay Later ecosystem. Think of this role as equal parts strategist, experimenter, and operator. You’ll dissect roll rates, evaluate the effectiveness of Bruno—our AI-powered collections agent—and design experiments that directly impact recovery rates and user experience. Your work will blend rigorous data analytics, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Whether you’re assessing the ROI of pursuing late receivables, improving contact data quality, or designing propensity models for collections success, your insights will power the next generation of Credix’s risk and repayment strategies. This is an opportunity for an analytical professional eager to move beyond dashboards to operational impact. You’ll build the models, drive the experiments, and see your ideas deployed at scale.
