You will play a vital role in managing day-to-day people operations, recruitment, and company logistics, ensuring we maintain an outstanding employee experience and support Credix’s rapid scaling. 1–2 years of experience in an HR or Operations role, ideally in a fintech or startup environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace).
Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and Portuguese.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with event coordination and communication is a plus.

Support the execution of recruitment campaigns and the development of employer branding across social media.
Collaborate with external vendors on event logistics and planning.
Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the team.
Keep HR systems and documentation clean and up to date.
