We are looking for someone to join Credix as a a Senior Analytics Engineer. You will take ownership of structuring our data analytics platform and analytics use-cases. You love to tackle big problems and break them down into smaller pieces. You will build an analytics platform that features reliable, timely and understandable metrics in a slice-and-dice format to empower other teams to make better decisions.
5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical data role.
Deep expertise with SQL and dbt, including modular modeling, documentation, and testing.
Proven track record of building source-of-truth data models that support product use cases.
Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery), semantic layers (dbt), version control (Git), and visualization tools (Hex).
Experience in a (credit) FinTech is a must
Manager of one: structuring, and executing upon the analytics roadmap
Analytical and system-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability to handle complex data challenges.
Proactive, clear and concise communication both in Portuguese and English, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
Anticipate business metrics needs and structure the analytics layer to ensure scalability and reusability across the entire company.

Oversee the full analytics lifecycle, from transforming raw to delivering insights in BI platforms (e.g. Hex).
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure analytics pipelines meet high standards of quality, observability and testing.
Enable self-service analytics by creating semantic layers and reusable data assets that let teams create insights independently.
