As we scale our presence in the Brazilian market, we are looking for a Product Manager to join the Credix Product team, reporting directly to our VP of Product. You will be responsible for leading improvements to CrediPay’s core platform, ensuring its robustness, scalability, and reliability in alignment with our growth strategy and developer-first approach.
4+ years of experience in technical product management or related technical roles within growing platform products. Experience with NestJS framework is a plus.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
Experience in banking and payment infrastructure, with a deep understanding of Brazil’s payment regulations (preferred).
Experience in credit and risk management is desirable but not required.
Strong understanding of systems integration, API management. System architecture is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or other Cloud providers.
Familiarity with observability tools such as ElasticSearch and Kibana.
Proficiency in SQL and Python—capable of writing scripts independently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
Expertise in crafting technical documents, including flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, breaking down complex, unstructured problems into clear, actionable plans.
As a key member of our product team, you will:
Drive the development of core capabilities that power Credix’s platform, including API management, infrastructure, and key underlying technologies.
Solve day-to-day issues without directly involving engineering, leveraging your technical expertise to support operations.
Conduct discovery processes internally and externally to help define the best solutions for user pain points.
Create and maintain key product dashboards and internal monitoring tools to ensure product stability, proactively identifying bugs and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the go-to-market team to address user needs, ensuring valuable insights are incorporated into the product roadmap.
Collaborate with the risk team to ensure we have the infrastructure needed to build the next gen of credit underwriting models.
Autonomously lead product tracks, making decisions and ensuring engineers stay on track for releases.
Be accountable for the quality of shipped products, as well as their impact on business metrics and user experience.
